Syai Ultra Continuous Glucose Monitor — 14-Day Sensor

The Syai Ultra is a continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) sensor that gives you real-time glucose readings and trend information for up to 14 days per sensor, with no routine finger-prick calibration required.

What's included

• Applicator (for sensor placement)
• Monitor/Sensor (combined unit)
• Companion app for mobile and compatible smartwatches

How it works

Each sensor is factory-calibrated, so no manual calibration is needed. After activation there is a 30-minute warm-up period, after which the sensor provides continuous, real-time glucose readings for up to 14 days, along with trend information and alerts via the companion app.

App compatibility

iOS 13.0 and above, and Android 8.1 and above, subject to Syai's current device compatibility list. Please check your phone model against Syai's official list before purchasing if unsure.

Application and activation

Apply the sensor to clean, dry skin using the applicator provided, then activate it in the companion app. Allow the 30-minute warm-up period to complete before relying on readings.

Wear duration

Each sensor is designed for continuous wear for up to 14 days. The sensor is factory-calibrated, so no routine manual calibration is required during this period.

Water and dust guidance

The Monitor has a protection level of IP28 and it is not needed to remove the Monitor during shower. IP28 rated (water & dust proof).

When a finger-prick confirmation may still be needed

As with any continuous glucose monitor, a finger-prick check may still be useful during periods of rapid glucose change, if your symptoms don't match the sensor reading, or whenever your healthcare provider advises it. This device is a monitoring tool, not a replacement for professional medical testing.

Disposal

This product should be disposed of in accordance with all applicable local regulations related to the disposal of electronic equipment, batteries, sharps, and materials potentially exposed to interstitial fluids.

Shipping and returns

Free UK & EU shipping applies as with other Meterbolic products. Please note: because this is a single-use, skin-applied sensor, the standard 30-day money-back guarantee used elsewhere in this store may not be appropriate once a sensor has been opened or applied, for hygiene and safety reasons. This policy is still to be confirmed for this product line.

Faulty-sensor support

If you believe your sensor is faulty, please contact our support team. A specific warranty and replacement process with the manufacturer has not yet been confirmed for this product.
